Note, it hasn’t always been so good, with no teams making the semi-finals at all in 1946, 1947, 1952, 1957, 1973, 1991, 1993, 1995 and 1997.

On 17th July 1976 verses Eastern Suburbs we didn’t score a try in any grade that round at No.1 Oval.

We have some milestones coming up in the next week or two. Ben Hughes needs 8 points for his 400 career points. Will Wennerbom needs12 for his 400th career point and 12 for 250 this season. Sam Renton didn’t play last weekend so he is still on 393 this week. Chris Ingate and Jake Gordon need one more try to bring up their 300 career points or 60th try. Harry Potter and Ben Carolan are both on 190 career points.

Weekend trivia is we even won the yellow cards last Saturday 7 to 4.

We have another two centurions in our Colts teams with Josh Hardie (pictured) being on 89 points for months he finally got their with 3 goals an 2 pen goals. While Sam Begbie made it with a try to put him on 100 points exactly, Congratulations to both Josh and Sam.

Thomas Latu scored 2 tries to bring up his 50 points for this season.

In the race for Colts Top Try scorer for 2018 we have Max Robson and Jack Murray both on 16 and two more players just behind them on 13.

Good luck to all seven team this weekend, Unnnnnnnnnnnnnni.
