Sydney University Football Club Shiraz 2006
This shiraz is sourced from two premium Australian grape-growing regions - the Hunter Valley and McLaren Vale where vines typically enjoy long growing seasons, mild temperatures and fertile soils,
allowing the grapes to develop a full and intense flavour. A small
parcel has been matured in French oak to add texture and complexity.

Sydney University Football Club Chardonnay 2007
The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of  the night to
preserve  fruit integrity, then transported to our winery in Pokolbin for immediate crushing and fermentation. A small proportion of the wine was fermented in French oak to add complexity. Following
final blending, the wine was bottled in October 2008.
