Cockfighter’s Ghost Wines is named after one of Australia’s most famous explorers horse, whose ghost stills haunts the vineyards. The Cockfighter's Ghost portfolio showcases premium single varietal wines from Australia's finest wine regions, including of course, the Hunter Valley. This diverse portfolio evolved to represent unique expressions of varietal integrity and terroir.

The range now includes fifteen wines, with the foundation of the range being the estate wines planted to Chardonnay, Semillon, Verdelho and Viognier. The regional portfolio includes a Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay and a Merlot from Orange, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris from Adelaide Hills, Clare Valley Riesling, McLaren Vale Shiraz, Coonawarra and Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and a Pinot Noir from Tasmania.
