Fizza's Fact's and Stats Round 13, 2019

Did you know:

David McDuling may remember our last away win verses Eastwood, as he is the sole survivor of that day back in 2010. The team that day was a pretty handy team with 6 future Wallabies and 8 of the remaining 9 playing Super Rugby down the track. The team that day from No.1 to No.15 was Paddy Ryan, Nathan Charles, Jerry Yanuyanuyawa, David McDuling, Dave Dennis, Pat McCutcheon, Tim Davidson, Ben McCalman, Luke Burgess, Dan Kelly, Peter Bethan, Tom Carter, Lachie Mitchell, Alfie Mafi and Nathan Trist. And our reserves that went on were Berrick Barnes, Julian Huxley, Aldy King and Nick Phipps, that’s 3 more Wallabies on the bench.

Next week will be a major milestone in the club, with Ray Hudd coaching his 250th match this week at SUFC. Well done ‘Huddy', keep it up mate.

After his double in 1st Grade Harry Potter is leading the top try scorer in the 1st XV with 9 tries.

Talking about tries 3rd Grade have scored the most so far this season, and now have 73.

In the Brothers try scorers we have the Whiteleys and Schwagers both on 8 Calavassys on 6, Rentons on 5, Dunbars and Farnells both on 4 and 3 to the O’Doherty boys.

Our 1st Colts beat their own record, set this year against the ‘Woods’. In round for they recorded a 84-19 as the biggest win margin, this was renewed at the weekend with a 71-0 victory.

Harry Wilson reached his century in 1st Colts this year with a try and 8 goals which took him to 106 points. Max Robson picked up 2 tries in the same game and is still the Colts leading point scorer with 111 points.

Eddie Poolman (2 tries) and Max Robson lead the most Colts tries, both currently on 11.
