Did you know:

Since 25/8/2013 we have played eight times against Manly, Saturday was only our second win in 1st Grade since then. In fact it was not just a win (45-13), it was a record win, beating equal points differences in 1962 and 1918 of 31 points. Also it was our second home win since 27/8/2011.

Big comeback on Saturday morning at St.Johns when Tom Shaw ran on for 4th Grade. It was Tom’s first game since the 2nd Grade Grand Final in 2015. Back then Tom had 58 career tries for Uni. He went over again verses Manly to take him closer to his 300th club points. Last time Tom scored was round 15 against Souths in 2011.

This coming week we have two of our players playing their 50th Grade game, they are Jack McCalman and Callum McIntosh, congratulations men.

James Kane with his try and 5 goals reached his 700th career points and took his 1st Grade points to 82 for the season.

A couple of milestones reached with Tim Clements (2 tries) in 1st grade, reaching his 150th career point and 1st Grade hooker Tolu Latu reached his 200th career point since Colts in 2010, all tries.

Ben Carolan has been enjoying the last two weeks. The No.8 has scored 4 tries in two games.

We have 60 players that have scored a try in Grade in 6 rounds, while Colts have 49.

Three teams are still undefeated in the club after round 6, they are 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade and 4th Grade.

We ended last Saturday with 199 tries, good chance a 4th Grade player will pick up the 200th try of the season next week against Easts.

Max Robson scored 2 tries and 9 goals, in 2nds Colts big 93-0 victory verses Manly. He went straight to the top of the Colts Top Point scorer list, two in front Josh Hardie. Strath Yeo went in for 4 tries in the big win and is now equal on 9 tries with Jack Murray.
