Over the weekend, the 1st XV from St Stanislaus’ College made the trip to Sydney for a rugby camp and were treated to some exclusive insights into life at SUFC.

The weekend begun on Saturday morning with the boys partaking in a trademark SUFC fitness and skills session led by injured 1st Grade Captain Tom Carter, and assisted by injured 1st Graders Ben Hughes and Tom Robertson. The boys were pushed to their limits, learning what it takes to be part of SUFC and how hard they have to work to be the best – definitely some sore bodies after that session.

The boys then went out to North Sydney Oval to watch the 1st Grade side in action against Northern Suburbs.

Yet, the weekend was not over, with one more session on Sunday morning with SUFC Head Coach, Chris Malone, taking a more technical session before the Stannies boys made the trip back to the country.

Thanks for coming boys, and good luck with the games ahead!
