Brothers Rugby Club will play host to the 2017 Australian Club Championship in Brisbane featuring the winners and runners up in the BLK QLD Premier competition and Intrust Super Shute Shield competition of 2016.

On Saturday 25th February 2017, Crosby Park will come alive with the established following of four such iconic Rugby Clubs and an estimated 3500 people expected to attend.

Brothers Rugby Club, who won their 28th A Grade Premiership in 2016, will battle it out for the Bernie Power Trophie against Sydney’s Northern Suburbs Rugby Club, who won their first premiership in the Shute Shield competition since 1975. The University of Queensland Rugby Club and Sydney University Football Club will then meet to decide the runners up of the much anticipated Australian Club Championship competition.
