After a long 723 days in the clubrooms of Manly Rugby Club (just 1 week short of celebrating their 2 year anniversary!), our win over Manly at home last weekend saw us take over reins of the Sir Roden Cutler Shield – a club challenge trophy that is held by a first grade side until it loses at home. No only was it the first loss for Manly at home in this time, it was also our first win over Manly since the 2013 Semi-Final!
Congratulations 1st Grade on the extraordinary win over Manly and for welcoming back the Sir Roden Cutler, and outstanding achievement!
This weekend the shield is up for grabs in our 1st Grade fixture against West Harbour.
